Tecagora releases Snapact Photo Manager through the Intel AppUp Center so that netbook users can easily and quickly view, manage, and share their digital photos.

The AppUp Center is specifically designed for netbooks as a mobile store font that is launched as an application on the netbook. When launched, users can search for netbook software applications based on category type, or they can view featured software titles, "Staff Picks", "What's Hot", or "New Releases".
